Is this the Disney movie The Fox and the Hound? Or is it something else?

I saw this clip of a Disney movie I never saw. An older lady was
taking the leash off of a fox and I guess letting it go into the wild.
I looked up Disney movies with foxes and "The Fox and the Hound" came
up.
